Our Partner, S. Kato Crews, is known as one of the Colorado Springs Human Resources Association’s most requested speakers.  On February 19, 2014, during the CSHRA’s Membership Meeting, Mr. Crews will present to the group on the subject of the enforcement of restrictive covenants (non-competition agreements, non-solicitation agreements, and non-disclosure agreements) in employment agreements.  In a presentation titled, How Valid is That Non-Compete?, Mr. Crews will discuss the validity of restrictive covenants and the most litigated issues surrounding their enforcement.
