We are pleased to announce that our Partner, Kato Crews, will present to the Colorado Springs Human Resources Association (CSHRA) during the organization's Membership Meeting on February 18, 2015. Known as one of the CSHRA's most requested speakers, Mr. Crews will discuss some of the principles developed under the common law which can muddy an employer's termination of an at-will employee, outside of the more familiar discrimination paradigm.
