Hoffman Crews Nies Waggener & Foster LLP is proud to announce that Associate Emily Gregory has been selected to serve on the Colorado Supreme Court's newly established Probate Rules Committee. The Committee, formed in September 2015, is responsible for recommending amendments and changes to the Colorado Rules of Probate Procedure to the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. The Committee is comprised of several state court judges and attorneys from jurisdictions and localities across the State of Colorado.
